Smooth Softech Solutions understands that service after the sale is where most companies fall short. We still have the original customers from each of our software products and believe in doing whatever it takes to make our customers satisfy and keep them that way. We have never spent tremendous amounts of money on advertising, choosing instead to spend it on customer support and letting satisfied customers help us to grow our business.

Product Training: We provide personal training for one full day. If you are not satisfied with training session then  we will schedule a mutually convenient time to send one of our software trainer's to your facility so that your staff is well trained on all aspects of our software.

After The Sales Support: We have always been rated extremely high in "after the sale" support by our customers. As you know, there is no way to cover everything no matter where the training is held; and there are going to be times that you will have to call the software manufacturer for technical support on the software package. All support enquiries are handled via telephone conversations, email, on-line desk top sharing utility. In case of a major issue we can arrange for a personal visit. Re-installation of software on probabilities of corruption of files or hardware failures/Local Shifting,  Minor changes in the existing system. Free Up gradation as per statutory concern.

Converting Your Data From Your Existing System: We will convert your Data from your existing  to our package! If you have a custom package or a package that we have not yet converted from, we will create the programs necessary to get the data so that nobody has to enter it all again by hand. We can also import data from Excel spreadsheets.

Customization: We study your requirements and accordingly develop the software.
